“Starting at” prices are based on home square footage. Premier and Ultimate include touchless exterior window cleaning for windows up to 40 square feet each, in any combination of length and width. Windows larger than 40 square feet are an additional $15 each, and exterior sliding glass doors are always included, regardless of size, if applicable.
Our proprietary chemical blend cleans thoroughly and leaves zero water spots. Skylights, windows over two stories, interior windows, and window screens and tracks are not included, though screens and tracks may be added in the future.
Screened enclosure cleaning and roof soft wash (Ultimate) are done once a year in spring. Homes without a back patio, lanai, pavers, or screened enclosure receive the credit shown in the Plan Credits section. Final price confirmed with a free measurement.
