What We Do
Our Process
How We Seal
- Step 1
Clean
Pavers are cleaned so nothing gets sealed in.
- Step 2
Wet Sand
We apply joint sand using a rinse function to evenly spread the sand into joints.
- Step 3
Touch-Up
To ensure every joint is filled properly, we take small brushes and extra sand to even out the sand.
- Step 4
Seal
Sealer is applied evenly in 2 coats, a top coat, then a sheen coat 45 minutes after applying the first coat. The sheen coat is where shades and colors are added.
- Step 5
Cure
We use the 3x3 Rule: No foot traffic for 3 hours after final coat, and no vehicle traffic for 3 days (72 hours) after final coat.
- Step 6
Enjoy
After 72 hours, enjoy the surface in any way you see fit!
- Large surfaces like driveways will be taped off with caution tape for 72 hours to ensure safe and successful drying.
- Sealing heightens stains, such as oil, but can be treated before staining to lessen visibility.
- Sealant is self-leveling, which provides even spreading across surfaces.
